Get a $25 gift certificate for $10

So, I am not making any money on this. One of my friends here told me about a website called "resaurants.com" You enter your zip and then you can buy a $25 gift certificate for $10. I checked for Elkhorn, WI and they have Casa Maria and Fiddlesticks listed, and a couple of other places I recognized. They did have a promo where if you entered SAVOR in the promo code you could get the gift certificate for $2. But, when I tried it said it had expired. I am sure they have places all over.
