Hot Ham, Cheese, and Pepperoni Roll-ups

It has been one of those days. Not a whole lot of time to plan dinner and not a whole lot of motivation to go all out (you know a normal day). I had crescent rolls, ham, cheese, and pepperoni in the fridge and decided to try something new. And, it was a hit.

Ingredients:
2 packages of crescent rolls (8 count each)
Ham
Cheese
Pepperoni

Preheat oven to 375 and grease a cookie sheet. Roll out crescent rolls. Top each roll with 1 slice of ham, 2 pepperonis, and some shredded cheese. Roll dough up as you would to make regular crescent rolls. Bake for 13 minutes.

Sounds delicious. I have two "appetizer" recipes from a Tupperware party that I went to that use crescent rolls. I should get them out, make them, and share the recipe. One is using leftover shredded chicken and one is using salami.

How've you been? Was good to see half your family. Missed the other half :(
